You would have to specify, what your " Certificat d'Immatriculation" is for, because it is simply a registration form, and that can be for many things.

Unfortunately it is hardly possible for most administrative questions to do a simple " translatation", because it always implies special knowledge.

eg. if one were to be asked : your " revenu fiscal de référence " , most people would not know where to find it, or what to do, if you did not have an Avis d'Imposition ".

English administrative forms also are the same problem to foreignors.

Ask a friend, who have more experience.

The vehicle registration application form is very straightforward and simple to complete.

Page one asks you for your personal details and the vehicle's date of first registration etc.

Page two lists the data fields (D1, D2, D3, etc) that are listed on your certificate of conformity. In fact most prefectures don't insist on page two being completed because the computer does it all automatically.

You should be able to complete it with some basic knowledge of French - and a handy dictionary....

Waddya mean it's only Saturday.......?
