You might try typing in the product you are thinking of selling and see what comes up, I have also found "Autre intermédiares du commerce en produits divers", but not being a native speaker I don't know if that suggests you have a shop or not. Pomhorm?

Hi!

Now I cannot do the online declaration because it doesn't seem to be responding!

so filling in the paper form 13821*02 and struggling.

We have decided to put my partner as the AE without a conjoint.

Therefore do my details only go into Field 7 under 'Personnes Demandant à Bénéficier De L'Assurance Maladie Du Déclarant' ?

Also in Field 7 under heading 'Assurance Maladie - Regime actuel' I'm unsure which boxes to complete.

Field 11 - Declaration no.?

Many thanks for any help in advance.

Hi Sue,
thanks for all your help.
I think Pomhorn's suggestion might be the right one
'Vente à distance sur catalogue général' because when selected it leads onto 'les activités de vente aux enchères au détail sur Internet'.
However I tried to take it further online but then it stopped responding! I've done the paper form as far as I can & just asked some more questions...groan.

Yes, if he is not covered in his own right!

Régime général.

Field 11 - Declaration no.?

In the field " Le Déclarant " , you sign.

In the right hand box : you put nothing - that is for their visa.

Many thanks for any help in advance.

Hi!

Also fill the boxes : PERSONNES DEMANDANT À BÉNÉFICIER DE L'ASSURANCE MALADIE DU DÉCLARANT

There are no fields concerning the CMU-C.

So best make a copy of your " autorisation " with the CMU-C

Send it in with the form.

And make at the top : a remark - Nous bénéficions actuellement de la CMU-C aussi ( voir annexe ).

Wait and see what happens? They need to give you a new " Autorisation ", and you will see if it is on it. Otherwise you need to recontact them on the new basic authorisation.

Yours,

pomhorn

PS. It helps if you give all data at once -

Hi Folks,

On 1st of this month I registered online as an AE, I sell on ebay. I received my siren/siret nos within a couple of weeks by post.

This morning I received a bill for 192 euros, it's from Bordereau De Transcription Au Repertoire National Des Entreprises.

I have used google translate & I have pasted the correspondence below in French & English.

Am I correct in thinking that insertion in the National Business Directory is optional & not compulsory? I have no need for it.

Any help would be much appreciated, I will now plough my way through all the pension company letters I have received #-o .

The bill says:
Bordereau De Transcription Au Repertoire National Des Entreprises.

Translation:
Following the creation of your business, your following registrations were granted by INSEE and forwarded to the Registry of the Tribunal and the CFE of your Department.
For information, whether you're an Enterprise or an Auto Entrepreneur, Article R 123-237 of the Commercial Code any person registered with the Trade and Companies Register or Trade Index must indicate on its commercial documents (invoices, order forms, price lists and promotional materials, and all receipts and all correspondence relating to its business and signed by or on its own behalf) the identification number of said enterprise SIREN (Computer System Directory of Enterprises) .
The National Directory of Enterprises mission is to save your registrations in its database and distribute them nationally.
To validate the transcript of your registration on the National Directory of Enterprises, please send your payment before the payment deadline.
(Warning! If termination of your professional activity, do not return your payment. Failure of the return of your form will result in automatic cancellation of your registration with our services.)

Hi,
many thanks Pomhorn & having delved into this scam further it seems that many people have fallen for it & sent off the money, when in fact there is no compulsory business directory.

I am now struggling to fully understand the correspondence from Pension companies such as Groupe Mornay & Humanis. They are saying that I have to affiliate with one of the two groups: ARRCO & AGIRC within 3 months of start up of the auto enterprise which was 1st July 2012.

I am not retired and intend to move back to the uk within the next 3 years.

thanks in advance for any assistance PF

Hi!

Part of the money you pay as lump sum, it used for pension purposes.
You can not be exempt of this.
It will also give you an extra French pension right ( very small ).
So you need to register .

pomhorn

Hi!
Thanks Pomhorn.

I'm not sure how to register though because I have several letters from different companies. I've translated them all but I'm no clearer, with so many AE scams about I'm a bit like a rabbit in the headlights with any correspondence I receive. Any help in the right direction is much appreciated.

many thanks in advance PF

Hi!

Sorry I do not know the details, and without the letters I can really say nothing. Other AE = Autoentreprise ou Autoentrepreneur can advise you.

You will probably have to chose one of the propositions, and answer their letter.Yours,

I have a vague recollection that I had something from Vauban Humanis after I registered, but it was about setting up a scheme for employees, they were obviously writing to all new businesses and it was only relevant if you employed people. But it's such a long time ago and I honestly can't remember the details.

TBH if you can't tell us what the letters say, it's going to be a bit difficult for anyone to advise you what to do about them.

Hi !

Here is a copy & paste of the Humanis letter which was sent with a form for completion. The form is headed up 'Retraite Complementaire agirc et arrco, Choix des institutions d'adhésion.
